Under article 13 of the Italian law number 196/2003 the following information are provided:
1. All personal data, either those provided by the interested person or those directly collected by the entitled party for the purpose of delivering professional services, are processed respecting the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and rights.
2. The treatment of personal data is limited to the obligations entailed in the contract and to other requests authorized by the interested party.
3. Data can also be processed with electronic devices in a way that safeguards the data security and privacy.
4. Data submission is mandatory. If you do not accept to submit all or part of your personal data or to give permission to the treatment of your data, this may result in partial or complete suspension of the contract, therefore the company would not be allowed to carry out its tasks.
5. Data should be communicated only for the aforementioned purposes to selected subjects, such as legal and taxation consultants, banks and logistics representatives. Other subjects may be involved in the treatment of your data as people responsible or in charge of the data processing. In no other circumstance will personal data be disclosed.
6. Neither can personal data classified as sensitive, such as data on race ad ethnicity, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, affiliations to political party, trade unions, religious philosophical, political or trade union associations or organizations, as well as personal data on health and sexual behaviour, be treated without written authorization of the interested party (where provided for) and upon consent of the Authority for personal data protection (article 26 of Italian law number 196/2003).
6. Neither can personal data classified as sensitive, such as data on race ad ethnicity, religious, philosophical or other beliefs, political opinions, affiliations to political party, trade unions, religious philosophical, political or trade union associations or organizations, as well as personal data on health and sexual behaviour, be treated without written authorization of the interested party (where provided for) and upon consent of the Authority for personal data protection (article 26 of Italian law number 196/2003).
7. MASSIMO PETRILLO IMMOBILIARE is the party entitled to the treatment of personal data. The company is based in Pesaro (PU), Via Mazzolari, 38, 61100 Italy. The person responsible for the treatment of personal data is Mr. Massimo Petrillo.
8. Claims regarding the rights of the interested party should be addressed to the party entitled or to the person responsible for the data treatment, in conformity with article 7 of Italian law number 196/2003, whose unabridged version follows down here:
Article 7 Right of access to personal data and other rights
1. The interested party has the right to receive confirmation of the existence, or lack of it, of personal data regarding his/her person, even if not registered yet, and he/she should be notified about it in an intelligible way.
2. The interested party has the right to be informed on:
a) Source of personal data;
b) Purpose of and the way personal data are used;
c) the reasons for using electronic devices for data treatment;
d) ID data of the person in charge, responsible people and the entitled party designate, under article 5, paragraph 2;
e) subjects or categories of subjects that are allowed recipients of personal data or that may be informed about it as entitled party in the Country, as responsible or appointed subjects.
3. The interested party has the right to obtain:
a) that data are updated, corrected or integrated, in case of interest;
b) that data are deleted, turned anonymous or blocked in case of law violation, including data that must not necessarily be kept as relevant to the objectives for which they were originally collected and used;
c) confirmation that the recipients of data are informed about the operations included in point a) and b), except for the cases in which that is impossible or the efforts required are not in proportion with the protected right.
4. The interested party has the right to completely or partially object:
a) for legitimate reasons to the treatment of personal data that regards his/her person, if at all relevant to the objective of the data collection;
b) the treatment of personal data regarding his/her person for advertising or direct sale purposes or for market research and commercial communication purposes.
